“How do you meet yourself, others and the world?”

01

Slow down

Step out of the rush for a while. Here there is time to pause, breathe and notice what is actually happening for you.

02

Tune in

Pay attention to your body, your feelings and the patterns that keep repeating. Often they have something to tell you.

03

Meet yourself

Be seen and heard as you are, without judgement. That is often where change begins.

A relational approach

Therapy is a relationship.

What heals is often less about technique and more about the meeting between two people. I offer a warm, steady, non-judgemental presence, so you can explore what feels difficult, confusing or stuck.

Gestalt therapy looks at the whole of you: your thoughts, emotions, body and relationships, and the ways you have learnt to cope. We stay curious about what is happening here and now.

We won't try to fix you. The work helps you become more aware, and more choice usually comes with that.
